Cookie Dough Disaster - A short to help a school
Help Kai and I Help his school
Thanks for watching Cookie Dough Disaster! Would you like to help Kai help his school? Please share this video and continue reading to see how you can help a great rural community school in Northwest Oklahoma. Sharon-Mutual Schools is a great school with awesome faculty, students, and families. I attended Sharon-Mutual Schools for some of my education. A lot of my family attended, including my grandmother. Now my son attends. Recently the school has had a really hard time getting bonds passed to update the school. Parts of the school are in disrepair or remain un-updated from some of the original structures built almost 100 years ago. And we are all aware of the current state of teacher pay in our nation. I’d be happy to share more specifics about the school’s many needs, but it could definitely benefit from your support!
So what can you do to help? Here are a few ways.
Option 1: The school is currently doing a cookie dough fundraiser. You can buy cookie dough and lots of other items from Kai or any of the Sharon Mutual Students that you know. You can use this link if you want to specifically purchase items from Kai.
Don’t worry. The dough is not really made from a giant cookie dough monster. However, cookie dough must be picked up in Northwest Oklahoma. Some of the other items can be shipped in the U.S.
Option 2: If you don’t live in this area or don’t want cookie dough but you still want to support Kai’s school, you can use the Paypal link below. This link will allow you to make a donation to my Paypal account. I will donate 90% of the proceeds to Sharon-Mutual Schools. A donation to the school through me will yield a higher percentage than the cookie dough sales. But you won’t get cookie dough. So do what works best for you. I will keep 10% of the donation for production costs for this short film and for future films. So if you want to support a great school and its future, please donate today! Thanks and please share!
